All ways lead to the beach.

Always.

Drive along the coastline, watch the waves in Nazaré, taste the local cuisine, surf in Peniche and Ericeira, uncover medieval magic in Alcobaça and Obidos, watch kiters catch the last rays of the sun in Foz do Arelho, or take a daytrip to Porto or Lisbon, There’s many different things to do and many different places to see, but one thing is the same everywhere:

All ways lead to the beach. Always.

The Silver Coast is home to some of the best beaches… and sunsets. Located close to Nazaré (15min), a beautiful beach town best known for the world’s biggest waves, you’ll sure find some surf around. Baleal,Peniche (40min) and Ericeira (1hr) are among the best spots in Portugal to catch waves. The lagune of Foz do Arelho (30min) is the perfect spot for kite and windsurfing.
